Reconnecting in Mt. Shasta was truely an honor. For many of us the kinnections are ancient and their remembrance apparent. As we are coming into our understanding and purpose for being here at this time on planet Earth, we are again finding ourselves surrounded by one-another. As we gather more frequently with the intention of creating a web of true kinnectedness, we are lighting and aligning the path for our fellow sisters and brothers here on Earth to see and walk steadily and expediently into the light of truth. We are the anchors and the way showers of these times. Unique is our task, and our mission clear... each and every one of us. As we align ourselves with the inherent truth of our mission, the way through begins to become effortless and allows us to be more present for those of us that are in need of asssistance.

Saundra and I are focusing our intentionz on the galactic trinity of intentional light therapy. Utilizing ancient to modern practices coupled with the tools that the material world provides us, we are engaging the world at a time of perfect synchronicity. We have accepted the invitation from the universe to share our experiences and our understanding of the sacred trinity and its innumerable multifaceted implications. The beginning of this unfolding brings us to our current issue... The Self! In order for us to fulfill and complete our mission we must have the ability and agility to move through space and time effectively and effortlessly. Our Selves have become disconnected from the entire connection of Mind-body-spirit. As we allow this severed kinnection to become refused and healed, the Re-calibrated lift that re-weaves itself into our genetics and our consciousness creates a more super-human capability then when it was once whole before. We are evolving... remarkably and again, incredibly quick.

Our practice creates space for these rays of light to become the seams, or cosmic glue, that will again allow us to be whole. It is where we intend and place our focus that will ultimately set the stage for us. We have been finding ourselves almost seemingly limited from truely going the distance as we progress. There is remarkable movement! yet one lacking fundamental just awaiting our...choice.

This choice is our decision to be Healthy and kinnected to our bodies, infused with higher vibrational forms of energy. This includes everything we participate with-in. Coming around to the trinity we see this first level, focusing on the body. Our energy consumption. Spiritual/ medicinal food. From thoughts to actual consumption of energy, they are truely inter-related. How we breathe our intentions and allow our bodies to vibrate the current of ineffable sound is related to our physical kinnection to the body. Yoga (union with the divine) is an incredible accelerator and transformative process allowing us to ground these higher vibrations through us and also allows us to transmit a signal to the universe that is clear. It is our time to discover our Selves. There is a road-map... a galactic blueprint awaiting your activation.
